Miss Lily CHOW, Acting Chief Executive Officer of VR Management Limited, and Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of Chevalier Group. She is responsible for strategic planning and business development of the Group. Miss Chow holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of British Columbia in Canada. Miss Chow is a Honorary Chairman of Ladies’ Committee of The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, an Affairs Consultant, Permanent Honorary President, Honorary President, and member of General Committee of All-China Women’s Federation Hong Kong Delegates Association, the Hong Kong non-voting member of the All China Women’s Federation and a member of Equal Opportunities Commission, Chairperson of Assessment Committee of the Equal Opportunities (Sexual Orientation) Funding Scheme, a Court Member of City University of Hong Kong and a member of Hong Kong-Japan Business Co-operation Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC). She is currently a member of the fifth-term Election Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She is also a member of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Dr. Noble Law earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Health Services Management) from University of Ballarat and her Doctoral Degree in Nursing from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She specializes in gerontology with expertise in healthy ageing, end-of-life care, dementia, frailty, and sarcopenia. Dr. Law has more than 35 years of nursing and management experience in multiple areas including academia, hospital, residential and community care.

Moreover, she has rich teaching, project development, management, and leadership experience. She led the eldercare training project and developed a self-help health screening mobile app, ‘iHealth Screen’. Under her leadership, the project team received two international awards at the 10th Ageing Asia Innovation Eldercare Awards in 2022.

Ms. Ming Tam has profound experience in serving the elderly and is proficient at using cross-professional and cross-sectoral networks to promote the wellbeing of service users. Prior to her current role, Ms. Tam worked in public relations, where she focused on promoting territory-wide financial literacy and investment education initiatives. In recent years, she has been committed to the development and management of lifelong learning institutions for the elderly, as well as rehabilitation centres featuring state-of-the-art equipment and elderly care services funded and supported by both private corporations and non-governmental organizations. In 2018, Ms. Tam was awarded a commendation by the Secretary for Home Affairs of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in recognition of her outstanding performance and contributions to elderly services.

Ms. Kim Ng is an experienced physical therapist with a successful track record of more than 10 years working in a broad range of geriatric rehabilitation services both in self-financing and subvented programs, including specialty stroke rehab, post-acute rehab, outpatient rehab, community-based programming, and home health. Ms. Ng’s expertise includes high quality rehabilitation service planning, holding a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) from University of Hong Kong. She also completed the Professional Development Diploma in Acupuncture for Physiotherapist, Bobath course from the International Bobath Instructors Training Association (IBITA), Basic and Advanced PNF courses from International Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Association (IPNFA).
